Hey {!firstname_fix},

Trying to finish a newsletter in the middle of a Game of Thrones binge has been a challenge! I rarely watch television but, alas, with little to do in the outside world at the moment, we let it happen. Luckily, only four seasons to go!

Also luckily, I managed to tear myself away this morning in order to participate in a Live Video Q&A on Every Passport Stamp, an active and helpful FB group / community of global travelers.

Looking to get a little more introspective, on a whim, I ordered the Five-Minute Journal that a friend recommended. Of course, I just need to wait some time until I can pick it up in the US and start answering the questions.

Moments before sending out this newsletter, Georgiana sent me a link to the European Union's new online tool that details every EU country's updated entry rules. Looks quite useful.

Finally, many people have asked for a recent photo of the kitten that we rescued here in Bali some 10 weeks ago, so here you go...

Here's the rest of this week's travel email...

The Father of Camping
Thomas Hiram Holding is considered the 'father of modern-day camping', writing The Camper's Handbook in 1908 based on his own extensive experiences.

Hiking into a Volcano
One man takes a journey straight into the Algar do Carvao dormant volcano in the Azores, one of the few volcanoes on Earth that can be explored by foot.

Off-the-Beaten-Path in Mexico
I've spent a good amount of time in Mexico but I never heard of La Huasteca Potosina. Seems like absolute paradise for nature-loving adventurers!

Above Croatia
You can't go wrong spending a few minutes watching this drone footage of Croatia's gorgeous Dalmation Coast.

Protests in Venice
In one of the most over-touristed destinations in the world, the people of Venice are protesting in an attempt to avoid mass tourism returning to their city.

All the Sights
If you want to explore the USA, this interactive map will show you how to find 74,762 interesting things to do all over the country.

Beethoven and Bread
Thanks to the coronavirus, Sri Lanka's musical bread trucks are making a comeback, complete with classical music blasting from their speakers.

Thanks for reading as always and if you have any questions, just let me know!
