A reader asked 4 questions, here's my answers
Hey,

What's happening? Did you have a good weekend?

My weekend was decent, caught up with some friends, ate at my favorite local tostada place here in Playa del Carmen, Mexico (called Dona Mary's!) and managed to squeeze in a little beach time. I also did some work, mostly writing and answering emails, last night.

One of the emails I answered yesterday actually led to this message I'm sending now.

It was from a reader that asked me four specific questions and I decided to list the questions, and answers I gave, below. Quite random stuff but could be useful.

1. Which website hosting company do I recommend? Bluehost.com. For anyone starting out with having their own blog/website, Bluehost is reliable, inexpensive and easy to use. They also run crazy sales (there's one going on now) that brings the cost down to $2.95 USD per month...an extremely low price for good web hosting. $2.95 Bluehost Sale

2. Do I wear clothes made specifically for travel or just normal clothes? I wear normal clothes. However, I do have some travel clothes from Clothing Arts, a company that a friend of mine started that makes some pretty awesome pickpocket proof clothes. They are designed for travel but look like nice, normal clothes, which is why I like them. They just released a new, sharp-looking cube jacket that I'm keen to get my hands on too!

3. What headphones do I recommend? Earlier this year I bought a pair of the Symphonized NRG 2.0 Premium Wood Noise-Isolating earbuds and I love them. A few of my friends have purchased them after hearing my thoughts and they all love them too. For the price, the noise reduction is impressive and I can go for hours without hearing anything beyond what I'm listening to through the earbuds.

4. Can you give me a discount to purchase one of your eBooks? Sure! So, I decided to give everyone a 30% discount on my eBooks this week. Simply visit the page of the ebook you're interested in, click on "Order Now" and enter the discount code.
Complete the purchase and you'll be good to go.

How to Work on a Cruise Ship Code: SAVE30cruise

Again, hope the above is useful!

Those are affiliate links, so I do get a small commission from any sales. It does help me keep the site running and these are all things that I absolutely do use, love and truly recommend! Would never do it any other way.

I'm now working on plans for my upcoming travels - India, Maldives, Nepal and, well, not sure where after that. All I know is that I'm leaving Mexico on October 8th.

From there, we shall see...any recommendations?

Have a great week and talk soon!

Derek
