The Travel Email: Living by the beach and a 52-week dream trip...

After spending a month living in the old city area of Valencia, Spain, it's time to spend a month, or more, in the El Cabanyal neighborhood of this city. No surprise, this neighborhood is on the beach (my ideal location for any apartment) and so far it seems like the perfect move.
The beach, local market, cafes, parks, cheap eateries, a great boardwalk, the metro and more are all less than 10 minutes away by foot and I haven't missed the old city once. It's also been 30C / 86F the past few days, making the beach even more appealing!
Apartments are also cheaper by the beach!
